By working closely with each individual and each space, we develop thoughtful designs that tell a unique story. Our work honors clean lines, understated elegance, and modernist sensibilities, layered with fresh, contemporary accents.
THAYER WOODS ORELLI
Thayer’s easygoing presence mirrors the approachable yet becoming spaces she creates. Before founding THAYER WOODS INTERIORS, she spent eight years honing her design sensibility in the fashion industry, followed by a decade managing special events and VIP services in the luxury hotel world.
Her career took her to chic destinations including the Maldives, Mexico, Mauritius, Dubai, the Bahamas, and South Africa—experiences that continue to inform her aesthetic. While her sensibilities remain firmly rooted in New York, her work reflects a global perspective and an appreciation for thoughtful, livable luxury.
Thayer Orelli lives on the North Shore of Long Island with her husband, two daughters, and huggable goldendoodle Ollie.
